The PCIe programming sequence in TRM suggests CLKSTCTRL of PCIe should
be set to SW_WKUP. There are no issues when CLKSTCTRL is set to HW_AUTO
in RC mode. However in EP mode, the host system is not able to access the
MEMSPACE and setting the CLKSTCTRL to SW_WKUP fixes it.

The function to parse CSI2 bus parameters was called
v4l2_of_parse_csi_bus(), rename it as v4l2_of_parse_csi2_bus() in
anticipation of CSI1/CCP2 support.
Obtain data bus type from bus-type property. Only try parsing bus
specific properties in this case.

No functional change. Get device pointer at the beginning of
dw_pcie_host_init instead of getting it all over dw_pcie_host_init.
This is in preparation for splitting struct pcie_port into host and
core structures (Once split pcie_port will not have device pointer).

buffered_rmqueue removes a page from a given zone and uses the per-cpu
list for order-0. This is fine but a hypothetical caller that wanted
multiple order-0 pages has to disable/reenable interrupts multiple
times. This patch structures buffere_rmqueue such that it's relatively
easy to build a bulk
