To fix, use jiffies64_to_nsecs() directly instead of deriving the result
according to jiffies_to_usecs().
As the return type of jiffies_to_usecs() is 'unsigned int', when the return
value is more than the size of 'unsigned int', the

Hi,
It's hard for me to understand why do we remove the rmrr related
code in this patch.
And, now we have two places to hold a domain for a device: group and
dev->info. We can consider to optimize the use of per device iommu
arch data. This should be later work anyway.

Hi All,
The following patches change existing Chinese kernel docs to rst format
and reorg them to make them alive in 'make htmldocs'.
you can view the generated htmldocs from:

Or make and review docs on your self box:

This a disclaimer file which will be included in Chinese files

When I was trying to compile this code for hostprogs-y notation of
Kbuild, I was hit by the following error.
error: ‘for’ loop initial declarations are only allowed in C99 or C11 mode
This is because KBUILD_HOSTCFLAGS specifies -std=gnu89 whereas the tools
Makefile compiles it with -std=gnu99.

creating the same directory structure under objtool/.

Some modules may need to change its clock rate before turn on it.
So changing PLL's rate when it is off should be allowed.
This patch removes PLL enabled check before set rate, so that
PLLs can set new frequency even if they are off.
On MT8173 for example, ARMPLL's enable bit
In previous MediaTek PLL design, it assumes the pcw change control
is always on the CON1 register.
However, the pcw change bit on MT8183 was moved onto CON0 because
the the PCW length of audio PLLs are extended to 32-bit.
Add configurable pcw_chg_reg to set the pcw change control register

clock gate type.
To register clock gate with flags CLK_IS_CRITICAL,
we need to add the flags field in mtk_gate data and register APIs.

This adds a new clk_op, pre_rate_req. It allows clks to setup an
intermediate state when clk rates are changed. One use case for this
is when a clk needs to switch to a safe parent when its PLL ancestor
changes rates. This is needed when a PLL cannot guarantee that it will
not exceed the new rate
