I found that while these lines are generated by me-tv and possibly
dvbscan, scan actually works.
And the results of scan are accepted as channels.conf by me-tv , after
an iconv conversion to utf-8 (whatever).
And me-tv WORKS!
So, the end result: these messages somehow mean "use scan".
