truncated file lists in paradox for dos

I'm writing about a problem with Paradox for DOS version 4.5 running under DOSEMU 1.0.1, 1.0.2 1.1.3. Occasionally Paradox stops displaying all the database files located in a subdirectory - the file list is typically truncated to one file only. This is the same sort of problem previously
