download directory doesn't load a file c:\info\infdbf.exe, but only a file

I am using NETWARE 4.11 as N-OS and i have a lot of w98 computers. Now i
wanted to add possibility to remote connect to dos software i used dosemu
but i've noticed that there is some problem (i think it's DBF locking)
