functions to use generic alloc/free/mmap methods from dma_map_ops
structure. A new DMA_ATTR_WRITE_COMBINE DMA attribute have been
introduced to implement writecombine methods.

Why not just use EXYNOS4_PA_JPEG?
The s5p-jpeg driver can be also used on S5PV210 so this approach seems
to be fine, the patch only lacks definitions for the S5PV210 series.

, but there is an issue. MDMA device belongs to LCD0 power
domain but
the above code doesn't add the required relation between the device and
powerdomain.
It assumes that the power domain is always enabled - if not the system hangs on
boot,
so for some cases this patch causes regression.

Previous version had very nasty bug which causes memory trashing if
DMA-mapping managed to allocate pages larger than 4KiB. The problem was
in __iommu_alloc_buffer() function which did not check how many pages
has been left to allocate.

Commit 1b39d5f2cc introduced new common gpio driver for all Samsung GPIO
SoCs. The new driver use wrong configuration setup for all gpio pins on
S5PC100 and S5PV210 SoCs and external interrupt lines on Exynos4 SoCs.
This patch fixes this issue.

The patch ARM: SAMSUNG: Add support for pre-sleep/post-restore gpio
