2.6.39 and later have lost irqfixup and irqpoll
Mythbuntu users are finding the regression, here:
http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?p=11396394
so I added that project to the report.
It seems heavy-handed, but might be accurate, to add all the Ubuntu
11.10 derivatives as affected, in this report. I won't get into that
for the moment.
