Hi,
with kernel 4.16.13, at my Lenovo X220, the Renesas uPD720202 card
only works, when inserted at boot time. Taken out and inserted again,
does not work anymore.
smartctl does not work.

t controller still was working. That's why I was using the gcc8 in 4.12.y.
