My hang back in February was due to bad memory.
It turns out that ecc 400 MHz memory is pretty sensitive to errors. I had
my computer builder order memory specifically on Intel's list of tested
memory.
I have been backing up three systems to a USB 2.0 drive for the past
several months (since Fe
