Hello,
I need to write a new driver for a Philips ISP1122A USB hub.
My USB Host controller is a SL811HS Root Hub and I have connected the
ISP1122A to it.
I'd like to know the main guidelined about how to create this USB driver,
maybe an existing driver in the kernel I can use as skeleton or exampl
How do you plan to realize the hardware ?
One USB hub with 5 USB-serial converters or a new device ?

Hello,
I'm trying to use a Logitech USB optical mouse with linux-2.4.18-rmk7 and Qt-3.0.4
I enabled CONFIG_USB and CONFIG_USB_OHCI and CONFIG_HID
then
mkdir -p /dev/input
mknod /dev/input/mice c 13 63
ln -s /dev/input/mice /dev/mouse
The mouse moved randomly on the screen and a little move
iants ?
Answering these two questions could be enough to clarify the USB-ACM by now.
Thank you in advance

I have a new driver for a SL811 USB host.
Seems that the SA1110 did not capture any interrupts from SL811.
I have done set_GPIO_IRQ_edge( GPIO_USB, GPIO_RISING_EDGE) into init_irq()
Is this enough for IRQ initialization ?
What do I need else ?
I have this error too:

I already have the Cypress driver source code.
I know (thanks to T.Song) I don't need any PCI interface because interface
is processor local bus, so I don't need it.
