GameVoice requires one pad for every 4 additional conferees beyond the
first 4. I've suspected that the pad contains a serial/registration
number of some sort[1]. OTOH, I've not heard of anybody writing a dummy
driver that emulates the existence of the hardware.

errors that I'm experiencing.
Does the SiS 7001 just plain suck or is the endemic to all OHCI
controllers? Is there a recommended replacement?

Jean Tourrilhes' USB_ZERO_PACKET patch for usb-ohci.c seems to fix
this. Will test more rigorously. Other than the updated usb-ohci.o
module, nothing else on the system has changed.
