I'd like to write code for my 11Axis(only 3, 2anolog + 1d-pad)
20Buttion(only 12). Also has a mode(not assigned to a buttion) feature
that may not be read able but I'd like to write to it.
The manual says "The mode-selector is used to switch the controler from
digital to analog mode (and vice versa)". I found that in digital mode
the two anolog joys are disabled(as are there "hidden buttions") and the
dpad uses the anolog 0 and 1 axis. In analog mode the device works ok,
all the input devices it has are accsesable and the dpad uses 2digital
axis.
I can't find how to use the rest of the controler's outputs. The ordering
is odd in analog mode the axis are used in this order "0 1(first joy) 2
4(second joy "nothing uses 3") 5 6(digital axis for the dpad)". There is
no problem, execpt half the controler is needlesly disabled, in digital
mode, but the dpad uses axis 0 and 1(these are anolog).
These things will help the driver decide what mode the controler is in.
It's easy to tell when the dpad is using 0 and 1, the values stick to the
same 3 values. When switching mode the values are changed(since the
inputs get diffrent outputs) in this order(like so) in 3 moves. 2, then
0, then 1. The digital axis don't get change on mode switch, but instead
get set to 0 when there anolog(when in digital mode) gets changed, I.E.
when the dpad is used.
This controler also has vibrate. I'd like to write the backed for this as
well. Dose any one know how I'd write to this controler(Is this what the
extra axis and buttions are for)?
