In general things are working hugely better than they ever have for me.
Part of this was a bug in the SA- dma workaround code. I squashed
that with a re-write.

Maybe -- those NEC cards seem fine to me, and I could really use some
testing with EHCI going through USB 2.0 hubs using the transaction

Happens on some hardware, not all -- I'm trying to track it
down. The current clue is that there may be some compiler
dependency at work, or perhaps something outside of the USB
subsystem.
