It depends on what error you want to report:
If the medium is not present, use SK = 0x02 (Not ready),
ASC/ASCQ = 0x3a/0x00 (Medium not present).
If the medium isn't formatted or the format is unknown, use
SK = 0x03 (Medium error), ASC/ASCQ = 0x30/0x01 (Cannot
read medium - unknown format).
