kernel-headers was installed, but kernel source was not... and
urpmi didn't noticed. Trying to find with keyword kernel doesn`t 
show anything...

rpm -i kernel-source ....

installed ok!

./configure
make
make install

modprobe ...
insmod ...

and voila!

PC-TEL working on LInux!!
