"rpm -qf /path/to/file"?
$ rpm -qf /bin/ls
fileutils-4.1-4
Or, perhaps, "rpm -ql nameofrpm"?
$ rpm -ql fileutils

/bin/chmod
/bin/chown
/bin/cp
/bin/dd
