This problem has already been reported some time back: http://www.mail-archive.com/linux-uvc-devel@lists.berlios.de/msg04511.html I'm not sure if this patch made it in to 2.6.32, so you should really install a newer driver version. Just disable whatever modules are causing you trouble with make
