can you please send ouput of this command uvcdynctrl -f what do you mean with refresh rate? if frame rate, do you mean it is too high? Please install gstreamer0.10-plugins-bad and try this command: gst-launch-0.10 -v v4l2src ! video/x-raw-yuv,width=640,height=480 ! ffmpegcolorspace !
