When testing with mplayer , I am getting following error,

it looks like you use not hi-speed (usb2.0) controller.
If it work in full speed then you can get only ~10 Mbit/sec.
with 320x240 it should be low frame rate or try 160x120.
please send dmesg from you arm system.
