A series of uart patches has been accidentally merged into bxt_rebase. This
one breaks the uart input on Joule, as the board doesn't have a proper pinctrl
configuration to support this.
Reverting this patch restores uart functionality to the previous working state.
This is only ment for bxt_rebase branch.
