I need to use latest lowpan-tools from git trunk.
BTW - there is some undefined reference to nl_debug
at iz.c:122 and iz.c:128
Looks like it can be removed.

ieee802154_register_device() causes the wpan-phyX being created under:
root:/> cd sys/class/ieee802154/
root:/sys/class
