[ILUG-BOM] installing gaim messenger on suse 8.0

Hi all Can anybody guide me how to use messenger on linux systems. Which ones are available and which is best for SUSE 8.0 I installed yahoo messenger on my suse os. It gives segmentation fault message whenever I turn it on. Your guidance is appreciated a lot! thanks in advance. amit kalyani
