From: Linus Walleij <linus.wall...@linaro.org>

This is a GPIO driver so include <linux/gpio/driver.h> and not
the legacy <linux/gpio.h> header. Switch a single call to the
legacy API and use <linux/gpio/consumer.h> as well.
