"ibm,arch-vec-5-platform-support-vec-5" : byte 23 bits 0-1 set to 0b01
or 0b10

OS Selection for Exploitation Mode is indicated by the property
"ibm,architecture-vec-5" : byte 23 bits 0-1 set to 0b01. A value of
0b00 indicates use of legacy compatibility mode.
