Currently, ppc44x use ppc branch, not powerpc, especially for AMCC
yosemite 440ep.
Through adding printk in function ppc4xx_pic_init which is in
arch/ppc/syslib/ppc4xx_pic.c, whether setting IRQ_LEVEL has no effect
on it.
