   It looks like http://pete.yandell.com/software/ is working fine. I 
downloaded MIDI Patchbay 1.0.1 ten minutes ago.

   Hmm, I am not sure how you use the IAC driver with linuxsampler. The 
linuxsampler ports appear as MIDI output ports in CoreMIDI applications 
(Pete's MIDI Patchbay or any MIDI sequencers), so you can directly 
assign MIDI to linuxsampler. Or am I missing something?
