Note that you can move/copy banks/instruments to another map/bank
using jsampler - right click on a bank/in

I am trying to combine many midimaps. I created them all separately in
fantasia with plans to combine them in the end.
In total the final midi map should be around 15,000 lines. I have
removed the line that says:
REMOVE MIDI_INSTRUMENT_MAP ALL
and deleted all spaces after joining the files.
