will support channel aftertouch and
polyphonic aftertouch, and I'd like to give the user an option to use
crossfading for either of the two parameters when generating SFZ
patches.
Thanks,

I haven't received a reply. Perhaps this isn't the best place to ask
such questions. Should I post in the forum instead?

ouch. It may be
worth implementing for compatibility reasons.
If and when LinuxSampler does gain crossfading for channel pressure
and polyphonic aftertouch, I'll add whatever opcodes LinuxSampler uses
as an option to synthclone's SFZ plugin.

haven't heard of Autosampler until now, but this seems like an
appropriate time to bring up synthclone:

... which has some similar features, is free, and has a plugin API
that allows a programmer to add missing functionality.
