I got the stable-0.7 and stable-0.6 branches up along with v0.6.0,
v0.6.1, v0.6.2, and v0.7.0 tags. I even got the dates correct for 0.6.x
(but messed up and made 0.7.0 more recent than it should have been;
sorry).
I'll get earlier releases done at some point but I have other things to
work

I re-did the SVN to Git conversion process [1] with a clean SVN snapshot
from 4:30 PM Eastern (North America) today. I believe the Eclipse
webmasters have made our SVN repository read-only and all work should
now be done in the Git repository.
