[linuxtools-dev] Failing Sonar build

Yes, this is https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=419172 . I changed sonar job config to run on every 6h so we hopefully get at least 1 successful build every few days. It's abusing infrastructure but that's all I can do. As soon as the bug is fixed configuration will be changed to one b
