There's no easy answer but I think Linux Tools is still in incubation
(0.5.1 is out) and deserves to be able to move quickly with each
release.

I'd suggest 2.0 for Indigo+1 to keep things moving forward while you
can. Once you have a large enough user base, you'll have to worry more
about maintaining branches. Another litmus test is to not do anything
unless someone explicitly asks for it.

I merged the eclipse37 branch into master since the 3.7.0 final is out.
I pushed the 3.7.0 source also here...
