Subject: media: em28xx-i2c: fix most coding style issues
Author: Mauro Carvalho Chehab <mche...@s-opensource.com>
Date: Sat Mar 3 14:15:57 2018 -0500

There are a number of coding style issues at em28xx-i2c.
Fix most of them, by using checkpatch in strict mode to point
for it.

Automatic fixes were made with --fix-inplace, but those
were complemented by manual work.
