|Rain| filed an objection to RC1 and his objection was upheld and his
proposed changes were applied as amendments to RC1. I fixed a couple
of other benign compiler warnings (ie, no program changes) since we
made other changes. The whole thing is now available:

The vote is not going to restart -- all the votes already cast are still
