[pfSense] how to filter the traffic by MAC

Hi , I have a question, How to filter traffic by MAC, for example , I only allow go through my freebsd, so the rules become this 100 allow ip from any to any MAC any 200 allow ip from any to any MAC any 300 deny ip from any to any it works under pfsense, but it doesnt work on my freebsd! ho
