There are a few small operating systems still available for this board. The first one that comes to my mind is of course m0n0wall[1]. Unfortunately the development of m0n0wall ha stopped, but there is a perfectly working image on the website that works with the WRAP board. Only PPTP VPN is supported. Smallwall[2] tries to pick up where m0n0wall stopped. There is a beta image that is a rebranding of the latest m0n0wall. OpenWrt[3] might be for you. There is no pre-built image for the WRAP, but there are instructions on how to build one[4]. After successfully building and flashing OpenWrt onto the WRAP you can install OpenVPN or IPSec from packages (yes, there is a package repository). Lastly the PC Engines WRAP page[5] lists a few other options. Perhaps most of the are outdated but I'm sure that OpenBSD and NetBSD can still be installed on the WRAP. Happy hacking!
