HTML/CSS Integrator
Los Angeles, California

Bold New World is seeking a front-end HTML/CSS Integrator on a full-time
employee basis. Duties include the conversion of client-approved Photoshop
design comps into high-quality semantic HTML and accompanying CSS and
images; merging HTML with CMS application output templates; installation and
configuration of client-side (DOM) programs. This position does not require
design or programming skills.

Desired Qualifications and Experience
- We require a demonstrated proficiency in hand-coding valid semantic HTML,
and modern CSS-based layout techniques
- Ability to troubleshoot same on many platforms is required
- Experience incorporating Javascript into templates is preferred
- Experience working in a PHP environment preferred
- Proficiency in graphics production in Photoshop is required
- Experience working within a team of coders with shared code guidelines
- Experience working with proprietary and custom middleware and content
management systems

This position is on-site only; residency in the Los Angeles area is
required.

FairfaxDigital: Creative Web Developer / Designer - HTML, CSS, JavaScript,
Ajax

We are looking for a creative web developer / designer who can take
ownership of the behaviour layer of our website design process. You will be
required to produce Ajax/JavaScript code developing innovative and creative
technical solutions. Working alongside the Design and IT teams you will be
responsible for front-end delivery, liaise with back end developers and have
a full understanding of interface design, accessibility, and usability
principles.

Skills Required
- Solid skills in JavaScript. (particularly DOM scripting and AJAX)
- Familiarity with prototype or other JavaScript toolkits / libraries
- A strong knowledge of W3C compliance standards, cross browser and platform
mark up (including HTML, CSS)
- Understanding of and experience integrating various server side
technologies (primarily .net and java)
- A good understanding of Photoshop.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong understanding of accessibility

Skills Desired
- Experience with fast prototyping languages / frameworks (such as Ruby on
Rails, or python with Django)
- Excellent time management and project estimation skills.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Knowledge and experience in visual design principles
- An enthusiasm to work in a creatively client focused team
- Technical writing experience
- Familiarity with project management and systems development lifecycles
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team  environment.

Responsibilities

interface solutions
Work with Developers to create fast and stable server side interactions
Develop standards compliant websites in alignment with branding and design
guidelines
Create and maintain a library of useful JavaScript code
