UI Design Engineer - HRX PTY LTD

The primary responsibility of the position is to develop UI specifications
from product requirements and deliver HTML templates to the development
team.  Deliverables will include the following:
·      User flow diagrams, wireframes, UI design mockups and prototypes that
describe the user experience in detail.
·      The designer will work on products that are web-based applications
ranging from customer self-service application portals applications to
workflow and analytical tools for the recruitment industry.
 
The ideal candidate will have:
·      A solid background in user-centered design
·      The ability to explore and comprehend the needs of the end user
·      Knowledge of usability testing practices and procedures
·      The drive to work on concurrent projects without sacrificing quality
·      The analytical skills to design a complete user experience.
·      The attention to detail to thoroughly document UI specifications
·      Extensive knowledge of HTML, CSS, Visio and Photoshop is required
·      Functional knowledge of web development technologies including AJAX,
DHTML and Javascript a plus
·      Basic understanding of technologies including XML
