Each course covers one of the three WCAG 2.0 priority levels and are practical and hands-on. At the end of each course participants should be able to design for and determine compliance with the checkpoints of the relevant priority level of the WCAG 2.0.

A Senior Web Production Coordinator is required to join one of Melbourne’s longest established boutique Digital Agencies. The role has been created to support internal Project Teams working on a variety of Online and Digital Media Solutions as well as manage smaller web builds. The successful Production Coordinator will also liaise directly with external Clients to manage day-to-day tasks and ensure that resources and timelines are being utilised and managed smoothly. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager you will be responsible for:
- Assisting in the management of project plans
- Managing Service Level Agreements and Maintenance contracts
- Managing issue and risk registers
- Managing resource register tools
- Preparing status reports for clients, including financial and milestone reports
- Ensuring day-to-day Production tasks are executed within timelines
- Client Relationship Management as well as internal staff liaison

You will demonstrate experience with:
- Working within an Agile environment
- Strong technical savvy/ability to liaise with technical team members
- Awareness of current internet trends and practises
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Project, PMBok or Prince2 methodologies
- Awareness of Risk Management practises
- Client Conflict Resolution and internal staff liaison
- Passion for the Web and Online world

Desirable Experience:
- Up to 3 years experience working in a Digital Agency, Media Communications or Web Development House - Demonstrable experience working on web projects ranging from $5K to $50K in budget

This role is made for an individual who can truly say and prove they are self-motivated, ambitious, able to pull their sleeves up and get stuck in to even the most basic of tasks and possesses a ‘can-do’ attitude.
