Hi Bob, I'm open to suggestions on what is the minimum criteria for OSGeo-Live to promote an event. I think it would be based on "Find out about OSGeo and OSGeo-Live at these events: ..." So I'd suggest that we'd expect to see at least an OSGeo-Live presentation or an OSGeo booth. Better

Ah, I see. We ended up separating out the GeoMoose project website from the software documentation website to deal with things like this and also that news items, project procedures, etc. are inherently versioned separately from the software. Otherwise we technically had to release a new version
