It does not seem that -Og is an issue of LLD.
We have PR35895 which is about -Os. Since it has the same nature,
I think we can close this PR in favor of it.
Probably we could also close PR35895.
Or at least we could discuss what behavior we may want from -Os, -Og options
and handle them somehow.
