ok update on the VST patch, i can confirm that when i use as my example a 4bar
loop .wav sample
that i created myself and is perfect to the nearest millisecond for 140bpm
tempo, that snyc works perfectly
in the fx_mixer and instrument_FX tab , but there is a serious lag of almost 1

It seems when duration of VstEffect constructor is prolonged (I have used
usleep for some time), those VST effect crashes on main channel are gone,
at least in my tests so far.
I think its that some thread messages (I suppose IdSampleRateInformation /
IdBufferSizeInformation with quite bit c
