If you attached the file to an email then there should be a use attachment 
button in your mail client. From there one of the options should be copy to 
Loadstone if the file has the correct extension. If so then just hit that 
option and follow the prompts. All of this is explained in Loadstone's 
documentation, either in Loadstone itself or on the website.

Please accept my apologies if someone explained this process before
and I forgot how it's done but I'm stuck on the last step of how to
import data points into Loadstone.  I geocoded the data and emailed
the file to myself but don't know how to import it into Loadstone.
Can someone either explain how I can import it or is there a video
that explains how I can do that?
