Hi Eugene, I'm Alessandro, Simone's fellow in OpenStreetMap Italia. I've just write a comment on http://2016.stateofthemap.org/2016/local-chapters-congress/ 'cause it's a good thing talk amongs communities, but I'd rather starting to talk friday or saturday with a more informal meeting. I don't know how many people involved in local chapter are going to attend SOTM, if we are more than a few 75' could be a little time.
