Call for vote on Apache log4cxx 0.10.0 RC8 was called on March 31 at 5:51 CDT which was one line and label change from RC7 which was more substantial change from RC6. The current time is a few hours short of the abbreviated RC8 vote cutoff however something like 50 hours have elapsed since the RC8 posting, 64 hours since RC7 and 100 hours since RC6. There are currently sufficient votes for a release and there is no additional votes expected, so it seems prudent to call the vote a few hours earlier than anticipated.
