Just completed the migration to SLF4J for log4j in the CVS repository
(HEAD). It all seems to build and run nicely.
Will do the same for the 1.2 branch along with minor bugs reported for the
1.2 branch.

expected by users of Log4j, commons-logging, and JDK1.4 logging? I see
debug, info, warn, and error. I don't
