All, How do I make log4j stop logging into file dynamically ? I have a configuration file and configureAndWatch() method reads/watches the config file every 30 seconds. But I dont know which property has to be set in the config file so that log4j stops logging. I would like to restart its logging after sometime by updating the config file with a file appender later. Any help is extremely appreciated.
