Hello.
Log::Log4perl (v. 1.16 as of this message) ignores multiple ‘use’
statements. Looking in the Changes file, I see that this is intentional:

* (ms) Multiple calls to import (usually happens if 'use L4p' gets
called twice within the same namespace)
