The API documentation link from
http://logging.apache.org/log4php/documentation.html is broken. I can
only find it at: http://www.vxr.it/log4php/api/index.html.
The "usage example" on the same page also doesn't contain any information...

It seems reasonable to me to drop a maintainance release off the changes
since 0.9 and incubation into the Logging Services project until now.
I'm specifically thinking about these two fixes:
o Location information fix in LoggerLoggingEvent
o Typo in LoggerBasicConfigurator
There may be more that
