GnuPG::Interface & CGI

GnuPG::Interface seems to screw with CGI.pm, as it
grabs stdin & stdout through GnuPG::Handles.

You end up getting repeated output in the browser.

I don't suppose anyone else has combined the two,
and even better come up with a solution?
