I find FasTrade are good for the UK, Ameritrade for the US.
With both of them it's easy to get a Real Person on the phone, which is important to
me.

managed it.
I've known other people to use etrade.
Do you want to trade on foreign markets? If you do then you should check
that this is possible with whoever you go with.
